A comprehensive workbook accompanies the day and a certificate of attendance is awarded.

Get hands-on and practice strapping and taping techniques on each other for pre and post sports activities as well as an aid to postural correction.

On the day you'll learn:
Pre & post sport strapping and taping
Contraindications to strapping
Techniques for common pathologies such as:
Dislocations
Sprains
Common conditions affecting the Achilles
