Anyone qualified, or about to qualify in massage or sports massage, looking to refresh and re-enforce their skills or learn new ones. Especially relevant to those of you who treat runners.
Where you’ll train
For this workshop we’re at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO)Teaching Centre.
A comprehensive workbook accompanies the day and a certificate of attendance is awarded. In addition to this, we automatically and informally assess all attendees. This ensures that you have reached a good understanding of the subject and are able to apply techniques safely and effectively.

Hamstring injuries are a common occurance for a wide range of our client base. On this workshop taught by Jane Johnson, Chartered Physiotherapist, we focus on identifying and treating common hamstring injuries safely and effectively as well as seeing what the most current research has to say.
