Newly qualified massage therapists wanting to get a feel for a range of advanced techniques so you can get a feel for if you want to take your therapy further.

UKFor this workshop we’re at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO)Teaching Centre.

Attendees receive a comprehensive workbook and certificate of attendance and are informally assessed to ensure competency.

What you'll learn:
Workshop snapshot

On this 98% practical workshop Jane Johnson, Chartered Physiotherapist will teach you many of the tips and tricks employed by experienced therapists.

Techniques will include deep tissue massage, specialised forms of therapeutic stretching (Soft Tissue Release and Muscle Energy Technique), plus useful assessments (Range of Movement and Visual Analogue Scale), tractioning, and some of Jane’s favourite treatment tips.

With other newly qualified therapists come and gain skills that you can safely incorporate into your practice. Come and be inspired! Oh, and because we are nice people we promise not to test you on your muscles or to ask you how many phalangeal bones you have.
