Who's it for?

Sports massage therapists, sports therapists, sports injury physios and personal trainers who would like to use foam rollers effectively as part of their treatment or homecare advice.

Where you'll train
UKFor this workshop we’re at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO)Teaching Centre, London

A comprehensive workbook accompanies the day and a certificate of attendance is awarded and you get to take your foam roller with you! In addition to this, we automatically and informally assess all attendees. This ensures that you have reached a good understanding of the subject and are able to apply techniques safely and effectively.

Although all our diplomas and workshops take place at the BSO, our courses are not run or managed by the BSO, and the BSO does not in anyway endorse the course content of any external provider.

What you'll learn:
Workshop snapshot

Want to integrate rehabilitation and corrective exercises into your treatments? Personal trainer and fitness advisor to Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service Jay Provan will deliver a dynamic, adaptive workshop showing you effective use of foam rollers and corrective exercises for common postural imbalances.

"I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the foam roller workshop with Jay yesterday it was excellent! He is such an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person and made the day so much fun even though there was a lot of information to take in. I now have lots of things to try out on my roller and hopefully be able to pass some on to clients." Jane
