Terms & Conditions of Enrolment

By registering an account with The London Massage Company you will be added to our Newsletter subscribers list. If you would prefer not to receive out Newsletter please opt out via the unsubscribe link at the foot of a Newsletter at any time.

Your members account with The London Massage Company ensures a safe, quick and easy method for you to be in touch, pay and enrol on courses. Your details will not be passed to a third party at anytime and you can de-register your account from within the account itself or simply by sending an email.

1. WORKSHOPS/ DAY IN THE DISSECTION LAB

   • Return of the Booking Form and/or payment creates a binding agreement to follow the Terms and Conditions of enrolment. Full payment of a Workshop or Day in the Dissection Lab fee secures your place. Provisional bookings are not guaranteed.
   • With regards the Tests, Tips and Tricks For New Therapists workshop, return of the Booking Form secures your place and creates a binding agreement to follow the Terms and Conditions of enrolment.
   • Where having received a booking form creating a binding agreement to follow the Terms and Conditions of enrolment, less the Workshop or Day in the Dissection Lab fee, you are still liable to pay the £25 administration fee per Workshop or Day in the Dissection Lab if written cancellation is not received by The London Massage Company more than 3 days prior to that Workshop or Day in the Dissection Lab or you fail to attend the day/s booked.
   • A participant is liable for the payment of their course fees in full, prior to the training commencement date.
   • A full refund of monies paid, less a £25 administration fee for each Workshop or Day in the Dissection Lab, will be made if written cancellation is received by The London Massage Company more than 3 days prior to a Workshop or Day in the Dissection Lab commencement date. No refunds will be given after this time.
   • The London Massage Company reserve the right to cancel a Workshop or Day in the Dissection Lab if there are insufficient enrolments. All monies paid by the participant will be repaid in full.
   • If, in the unlikely event a tutor cannot attend the Workshop or Day in the Dissection Lab, The London Massage Company will endeavour to find a new date for the Workshop or Day in the Dissection Lab to be held or will arrange a transfer onto an existing date.
   • The London Massage Company will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the participant associated with joining that Workshops or Day in the Dissection Lab.
   • The London Massage Company will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of attending Workshops or Day in the Dissection Lab.

2. APNT SPORTS INJURIES & MASSAGE DIPLOMA

   • Return of the Booking Form or payment creates a binding agreement to follow the Terms and Conditions of enrolment. A £300 deposit or full payment for APNT Sports Injuries & Massage Diploma secures your place on the diploma. Provisional bookings are not guaranteed.
   • Upon payment of the £300 deposit to secure a booking, a participant is liable for the payment of their course fee in full, 14 days before the course commencement date. In all cases the course fees must be received before the end of that training and regardless of whether they complete that training or not.
   • A full refund of monies paid, less the £300 administration fee for the APNT Sports Injuries & Massage Diploma, will be made if written cancellation is received by The London Massage Company more than 10 weeks prior to APNT Sports Injuries & Massage Diploma commencement date. No refunds will be given after this time. Under exceptional circumstances it is possible to transfer onto the next APNT Sports Injuries & Massage Diploma with an additional fee that will cover the costs of any new course material needed for completion of the new course.
   • The London Massage Company reserve the right to cancel an APNT Sports Injuries & Massage Diploma. In this unlikely event, all monies paid by the participant will be repaid in full.
   • If, in the unlikely event a tutor cannot attend day/s on the APNT Sports Injuries & Massage Diploma, The London Massage Company will endeavour to find a new date/s for the day/s to be held or will arrange a transfer onto an existing date.

   • The London Massage Company will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of attending APNT Sports Injuries & Massage Diploma.

3. SPORTS MASSAGE REFRESHER COURSE

   • Return of the Booking Form or payment creates a binding agreement to follow the Terms and Conditions of enrolment. A £300 deposit or full payment for the Sports Massage Refresher Course secures your place. Provisional bookings are not guaranteed.
   • Upon payment of the £300 deposit to secure a booking, a participant is liable for the payment of their course fees in full, 14 days before the course commencement date. In all cases the course fees must be received before the end of that training and regardless of whether they complete that training or not.
   • A full refund of monies paid, less the £300 administration fee for the Sports Massage Refresher Course , will be made if written cancellation is received by The London Massage Company more than 10 weeks prior to Sports Massage Refresher Course commencement date. No refunds will be given after this time. Under exceptional circumstances it is possible to transfer onto the next Sports Massage Refresher Course with an additional fee that will cover the costs of any new course material needed for completion of the course.
