Clinic

Twice a year we run our massage clinics where you receive either a 90 minute sports massage or deep tissue massage treatment for an injury or condition that you may have, and the beauty is that your 90 minute treatment is only £10.

Treatments are carried out by our students at the end of their diplomas in either Sports Massage & Sports Injuries or Advanced & Deep Tissue. Their course and their tutor, Jane Johnson, Chartered Physiotherapist, facilitates the day. Students are skilled in the assessment of muscle funstion, a wide range of injuries, including those in the hand and wrist, knee, shoulder and hips and fully insured for their practice.

"This clinic is not run or managed by the BSO, and the BSO does not in anyway endorse the clinic run by any external provider".

The clinic is suitable for you if you can commit 90 minutes of your day and are recovering from an injury, have an unresolved injury, have aches and pains from training or one or more of the following:

Tight hamstrings?
A stiff neck?
Sore elbows?
Weak ankles?
Tight calf muscles?
Sore shoulders?
Knee problems?
Sore shoulders?
Sore hips?

You can email us to receive our health questionnaire which we we will need you to fill in prior to your appointment being confirmed. This not only rules out conditions unsuitable for sports and deep tissue massage, but also helps us ascertain how best to treat you on the day.

Appointmenst are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

The appointment times are:
10.00 - 11.30
12.00 - 13.30
14.30 - 16.00
